Shipping & returns

Cards ship within two business days of payment clearing. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is made.

Everything ships insured for its full value. Orders of $750 or more require a signature on delivery — someone needs to be there to sign.

We ship to the address confirmed on your PayPal account and cannot send to a different one. This is a condition of PayPal's Seller Protection, and it protects you as much as us.

Graded slabs go in a card saver, then a rigid mailer, then a box with fill. Nothing rattles.

Nothing on the outside of the package says what is inside.

If a card arrives and it is not what the listing described, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send it back in its original slab for a full refund including return shipping.

Because grading is a judgement made by the grading company and not by us, we cannot accept returns simply because you disagree with the assigned grade.

Cards must come back in the same sealed slab they left in. A cracked slab cannot be refunded.

We ship internationally on request — write first so we can quote insured postage to your country.

Any customs duty or import tax is the buyer's responsibility.
